OSG supplied a 4 man Project Management team to assist AlanDick UK Ltd with a 3G RBS swap out on behalf of O2 Ireland / Ericsson. Improvements were made in the planning and the co-ordination of resources which ensured that the project finished within the time allocated, at its peak completing 9 swap-outs a day.
